 Steel Slitting
Allied Stainless can offer a precise stainless steel slitting service with a range of thicknesses from 0.3mm - 3.00mm with widths from 2.00mm wide up to 750mm depending on thickness.
We can also offer flexibility and experience to deliver, no matter what the quantity with all material being packed to specification and processed to strict tolerances.

 Metal Blanking
Allied Stainless can produce sheared blanks to precision tolerances on length, width and diagonal square.
All material can be packed to each customers' individual specification.
The thickness ranges from 0.3mm up to 3.00mm.
The Maximum length is 0.3mm - 0.9mm for 3100mm or 1.0mm - 4.00mm for 4000mm.

 Rolling
The Milling Machine (pictured right) is used to give a safe edge to the metal after it has been slit.

 Traverse Winding
Here at Allied Stainless we use the traverse winding machine to aid us in the creation of a wound product into continuous long lengths.
The principle is to form a spool by traversing the material across the face of the core in a programmed pattern.
Reversing the direction allows the material to 'traverse' in the opposite direction, thus building layers until a finished spool is created.
